Just moments from your doorstep to the sand, you will find yourself on the idyllic Manly beach. Here you'll also find Sydney's best restaurants, cafes, shopping, and nightlife. All within less than a 10 minute walk you have access to beaches (more than 5 to choose from!), hiking trails, seaside walks, and outdoor sports including surfing, biking, kayaking, and tennis.
From start to finish we help you plan the escape of your dreams! Fly direct to Sydney, Australia from most major cities including all hubs on the west coast of North America. Upon request, we can help arrange special transit rates with our agent.

Step out of your ordinary. Travelling breaks the mind free of it’s rigid structure, responsibilities and patterns of thinking. Immersed in nature, moving your body each day, and eating nourishing, whole foods is the perfect way to rest and reset.
Yes, there will be wine. Yes, there will be delicious food. All things in moderation! We will balance the letting loose with mindfully curated yoga classes and meditation to keep you feeling balanced - body, mind, and soul.
No previous experience with yoga necessary. Classes will be taught to all levels, keeping you challenged yet steady in your practice. Each day of your retreat there will be two opportunities to practice yoga.
If travel excites you, then join us for this luxurious, one-of-a-kind, city escape! Your hosts, Ava and Nicole, are both North American expats, who’ve made their home Sydney and will be your own personal tour guides. Whether you’re interested in exploring more, or would like some downtime, you have the option to join us in additional excursions around Sydney, or chill out and have alone time. This retreat is really all about you!

Nicole Turner and Ava Leonard have over 30 years of combined experience. Both seasoned facilitators and passionate yogis, the two met during a yoga teacher training in Sydney, Australia. Half way around the world from home, these two expats fell in love with the dreamy beaches and warm climate of Australia. There is nothing better than yoga and travel to awaken your soul. I crave adventures and have been exploring this beautiful planet since age 16. I have lived all over California, Europe and most recently Australia for the past 5 years. I am passionate about creating soul nourishing yoga + travel experiences for people - so I can share the two things that have brought me an infinite amount of joy and contentment. My journey with yoga began as a teenager when my dad brought me to my first yoga class. Little did I know, this was the beginning of a life long passion. I’ve now spent the better part of my life travelling around the world and ‘yoga-ing’ wherever I go. Canadian-born, now Sydney-sider, this beachside city has stolen my heart since I arrived here 9 years ago. I cannot wait to share the sand, surf, and city with you! It’s the absolute perfect setting to deepen your practice and enjoy all this city has on offer.
As a complement to teaching yoga, I am also a healer, and work holistically using BodyTalk therapy. Combining the two modalities allows me to facilitate whole body healing - physical, mental, and emotional body in balance.
