Yoga has been a guiding force in my life for over a decade. What I've come to learn is that yoga is fluid - your practice will continuously shift and evolve. For me, my initial motivation for practicing was physical flexibility and strength. As my practice began to ripen, this ancient tradition began to reveal it's many fruits. There is no area of my life - physically, mentally, emotionally - that yoga has not touched. Each of my classes is structured in a way to provide you with maximum benefit.

Yoga is for every body - regardless of age, gender or experience.

I provide tuition for yogis at all stages of their journey, but I specialise in yoga for beginners, for men and for adolescents.

I incorporate many yogic traditions to create a unique experience for my students. I have explored vinyasa, hatha, ashtanga, Iyengar, yin, moksha, kundalini, restorative, and pranayama.
